Everybody needs some hope! Especially those that have been told that they are not equipped or able to do what the rest of the world can do: get a job, work, and earn money. With Healing HOPE, Kopper Top strives to teach individuals the skills they need to acquire a job in the workforce, and a place in the community. Working at Kopper Top, HOPE participants learn hard work, diligence, initiative, how to follow directions, responsibility, and respect for authority. More specific skills include: how to clean the bathrooms, how to sweep sidewalks, and how to communicate with those around them, as well as other maintenance and social skills. It is our desire that those who participate in the HOPE program will be equipped and able to successfully obtain a job in the community, and that is the goal we work towards.
